Our Team

 Meet Tarry.  She is a Monroe County native and brings over 19 years of experience in leadership development, career planning and youth empowerment.  She has served as the CTAE Advisory Board Chair for Bibb County Schools, and as an advisory board member with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo, NY. Through these experiences she was able to assist students with internships, interview preparation and other valuable life skills.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Spelman College, and an Executive MBA from Wesleyan College.  Tarry looks forward to making a difference in her community through TQS! 

Meet Tabatha.  She is a Forsyth Native, she brings over 17 years of healthcare experience.  She is a graduate of Albany State University.  She is a member of the American Nurses Association. She is truly passionate about her role as a nurse and the impact it can make on the lives of others.  This knowledge, coupled with her genuine empathy for others, has shaped her into the nurse she is today.  Tabatha looks forward to making a difference in her community through TQS! 

Meet Rachon.  She is a Forsyth, GA native and brings over 25 years of customer service experience along with her passion for youth development and  sports. She is a graduate of Mercer University and loves spending time with her family and TQS organization. 

Meet Nyeshia.  She has developed and implemented creative strategies that improve communication, payroll & staffing efficiency.  While she studied at Georgia State University, her professional skills helped her navigate into many customer service roles.  Since then, she has become a seasoned Payroll Exec. with over 20 years of payroll, staffing and customer service experience.  When Nyeshia is not dabbling in the e-commerce world & organizing events, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends and TQS circle.  Her unwavering commitment to the mission of empowering young girls will undoubtedly inspire positive change and contribute to creating a brighter future for those she serves.

 Meet Jecynta.  She is a native of Forsyth Georgia and brings over 20 years of customer service experience.  She is a graduate of Mercer University with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.  She has a passion for developing and educating others as well as spending time with family and friends.  Jecynta is passionate when it comes to the youth and she is willing and ready to make a positive impact in her community through TQS!

Meet Tamika.  She's a Director of Case Management, who's very passionate about supporting and helping the community!  As a Case Manager, her primary responsibility is to provide support and coordinate services for individuals or groups facing complex challenges.  With a background in case management she possesses the knowledge and expertise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive care plans for her clients.  Through active listening and effective communication, she establishes strong relationships, built as a community liaison for those in need.

Meet Sophia.  An exceptional individual dedicated to empowering and uplifting young girls through her work with a nonprofit organization. Hailing from the beautiful city of Forsyth, GA, Sophia has spent over 11 years serving the public as a distinguished public safety personnel.

Sophia's educational journey has equipped her with a diverse range of skills and expertise.  She earned an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism, enabling her to effectively communicate and tell compelling stories.  Complementing this, she also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business, providing her with a solid understanding of organizational management and strategic planning.

Driven by her passion for justice and the desire to make a positive impact, Sophia pursued her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University.  This comprehensive education has deepened her knowledge of the legal system, ensuring she is well-versed in matters of safety, security and the protection of vulnerable individuals.

With an impressive background in public safety and a wealth of experience, Sophia has been appointed as the Director of Safety and Wellness.  In this crucial role, she will utilize her extensive knowledge and skills to create a safe and nurturing environment for young girls.  Sophia's commitment to their well-being, personal growth, and empowerment will be paramount as she leads the organization's efforts in fostering safety, confidence, and holistic wellness.

In her spare time, Sophia enjoys immersing herself in literature, exploring the outdoors, and engaging in various community service initiatives.  Her compassionate nature, coupled with her drive to make a difference, exemplifies the values and vision of the organization she represents.
Sophia is a true champion for the rights and well-being of young girls.  Through her leadership and unwavering dedication, she will undoubtedly transform lives, empower future generations, and create a lasting impact on the community.
